Seated quietly in the back of a culdesac within an established neighborhood, this two story charmer has had a major remodel which can be admired from nearly every room in the house. Past the brand new front porch, you are met with vaulted ceilings in the sunken living room, anchored by a wood burning fireplace. Fresh interior & exterior paint throughout as well as never lived on carpet & vinyl plank flooring give the space a new construction vibe. One of the highlights of this home is the primary suite on the main level. This is a highly requested feature for buyers and this one features a walk in closet & modernized en-suite bath offering a new double sink vanity with quartz countertop & backsplash, new sinks and faucets. The kitchen has all new custom navy cabinetry with aged gold hardware, rich quartz countertops and new stainless appliances. The backyard can be accessed through the sliding door in the eat in kitchen area or through the door in the laundry room. Don't miss the powder bath and garage access-even the garage has fresh paint! The upper level features two additional bedrooms + full bath with new vanity with quartz top and new faucet. The one piece tub surround makes for easy cleaning. The entire yard has new Growtrax grass planted, new gravel on the side yard and beauty bark around the perimeter. Did I mention this home has a brand new roof?
