Jake graduated from Central Washington University where he received a Bachelor Degree specializing in Accounting. From there, he spent three years working as a realtor under one of most successful real estate teams in Washington state. After that, he obtained his managing broker license and spent several years mentoring other agents while also growing his own real estate business.

Jake and his wife Ashleigh started Lions Realty Group in 2022. They specializes in single family homes, condos, investment properties and property management across the Seattle Metropolitan Area.
