We started searching for our dream home two years back and we had limited budget and typical first time home buyer expectations. And jake never pushed us for rush decisions. In the matter of two years there was not a single occasion where he was pushy. Our search took almost two years and jake stayed with us for all this time. When we started to look for pre-approval, Jake even gave us suggestion on what normally works best and also got us in. Touch with few credit union banks. He is now more of a friend to us now. His help not only stopped as soon as the home was sold, he even gave us few contractors for our house renovation project. I would highly recommend Jake, he is a trust worthy and honest person. Jake was really friendly and helpful in our search to find our first home in the USA. Jake was always on time when showing houses and was prepared with print outs containing details of the houses we were interested in seeing that day. He responded to mails/messages promptly and made sure that he was always available as per our schedule. Jake went above and beyond what should be expected of an agent. I lived 200 miles away and he saved me several trips up here, handling details, inspections, dealing with space lease agents, etc. One place flunked inspection and he was honest enough to tell me it wasn't a good idea to buy it, knowing he was losing a sale. Michelle, was our agent in buying a home. She was knowledgeable and very professional. We were searching for a home with limited resources. I'm not from this area and had no idea as to what neighborhoods were prime and safe. I shared with her our situation and what we desired for a home. Michelle went far and beyond on what I would expect from an agent. She FOUND OUR HOME within (2) TWO days even with a competitive offer of thousands more than are offer. She has an excellent rapport with other agents and was able to get the homeowners to accept our offer. We wanted to remodel the bathrooms, kitchen, fence and build a deck. She's very savvy and rendered assistance in the remodeling. She provided local contractors that I'm currently doing business with and am extremely satisfied. Communication with the homeowner's agent, was necessary, she was able to gain access every time for contractor appraisals. She also met with contractors if I was not able. She has followed up with me several times pertaining to the contractors work. I would recommend her contractors to anyone. I also would definitely recommend Michelle! She's invested much of her time including faxing, receiving and sending emails, phone calls to the loan Institutes, my bank and tax accountant.
